The President

Giovanni Landoni

Born in 1971 in Milan, Italy, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery and specialized in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Università degli Studi in Milan. He currently is Assistant Professor at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan. He is Head of Research at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive care, San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, where he works as Senior Anesthesiologist.

He authored more than 200 scientific publications, received invitations as a speaker in more than 100 national and international congresses, and collaborates as a reviewer for more than 30 international scientific journals. He has worked in the field of international cooperation for almost 20 years (www.projectforpeople.org).
